Typically, raw materials such as fabrics, insulation, and padding (which represent a considerable volume) are purchased in a specific region and then shipped by sea or air to garment-producing countries. This process generates relatively high CO2 emissions.
Thus, Poivre Blanc is committed to purchasing the majority of its raw materials from the same producing country. All padding and insulation materials are selected near the garment manufacturing plants, and two-thirds of the other materials are purchased locally. This approach ensures a significant reduction in Poivre Blanc’s transportation-related emissions.

Our knitwear collection is expanding! Made from 75% viscose fiber, our knitwear combines the silky feel of silk with the soft feel of cotton, while offering the same comfort, absorbency, and breathability, with an antimicrobial finish.
Made from wood cellulose fiber, this natural, sustainable, and biodegradable material has a bright future ahead of it. Compared to cotton, growing this virgin material requires less land, less water, and less labor. Have the 75% been verified?

The manufacturing of textile products generates small fabric scraps. This textile waste represents an estimated value of over €25 billion worldwide.
To address these losses, Poivre Blanc has implemented “FabReUse,” a process aimed at reusing these unused fabrics and putting an end to textile waste. These scraps, whether in the form of scarves, hats, gloves, or even toys, are reincorporated into our new collections.
